Our Customer-Centric Approach

Opes Advisors has designed a firm differently than any other in the mortgage and wealth management industries. We have enhanced the loan origination process and are bringing an entirely new, customer-centric approach to financing a primary residence, second home or investment property.

During loan origination, it is commonplace to gather data and ask the client questions about qualifying for the loan – questions that insure the customer can afford to pay back the bank (the investor). This is an investor-centric approach.

Opes Advisors’ Education Department provides Mortgage Advisors with opportunities to increase their professional knowledge and skill. Course topics include the fundamentals of finance and building wealth, business and sales planning, advisory-based selling, referral-based marketing, sales methodology and more.

This education is made possible by the depth and breadth of expertise at the firm. Our Wealth Management division includes Chartered Financial Analyst®, Certified Financial Planner™ professionals, CDFA™, Wealth and Financial Advisors, and Real Estate Investment Advisor experts. As a Mortgage Advisor with Opes Advisors, this is your team. They are available to assist you with complex situations as you work with clients.

We also educate and train our Mortgage Advisors to use Opes Advantage software. Opes Advantage is our proprietary loan origination software that enables our Mortgage Advisors to conduct real-time, scenario-based planning with clients that enables them to make informed and effective financial decisions.
