About Us

Opes Advisors is a premier financial advisory firm specializing in residential mortgage banking and wealth management. We are currently seeking a Funder, this position is located in our San Mateo Branch.

Responsibilities

• Review funding conditions
• Input loan information into funding application(s)
• Draw and prepare loan documents
• Audit and review loan documents and check for completeness
• Validate fees, reconcile and fund

Requirements

• Working knowledge of DataTrac and Calyx Point 4.4 a plus
• Strong mathematical and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• Superior customer service skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing functions
• Solid experience working with multiple loan types and conduits
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment

Qualifications

• Banking/Financial Services background a plus
• 2+ years mortgage experience
• High School Diploma
