Rachel is responsible for creating a powerful, dynamic learning environment for Opes Advisors that improves every employee’s capacity to provide superior value to customers and accelerate their career.

Rachel has over 15 years of experience designing company-wide business processes to produce competitive advantages for companies and distinct levels of service for customers. Additionally, she spent 8 years in the mortgage banking industry, most recently as a Series 65 registered Personal Finance Advisor at Opes Advisors. As a mortgage advisor, Rachel has worked with over 800 clients, helping them make wise financial decisions with respect to their residential mortgage. At one firm, she ranked in the top 2% of 1,600 loan officers nationwide. Rachel was also invited to present a Financial Principles course to the Stanford Medical Residency Program and the Highland Hospital Residency Program in Berkeley, CA.

Rachel has an A.B. from Harvard University, magna cum laude. When not working, you will find Rachel playing soccer, gardening and most fun of all, spending time with her husband and two children.
