Ahmad joins Open Advisors with more than 25 years of experience providing residential loans to individuals and families in Silicon Valley. Ahmad’s approach is straightforward and genuine – he is trusted by his referral partners for his knowledge and proficiency, and his ability to assist clients through the loan process with ease. Ahmad has expertise in the complexities of structuring jumbo and super jumbo loans, and he is equally well-versed in the nuances of structuring loans for first time homebuyers, families wanting to “move up” and real estate investors.

Ahmad began his career as a Realtor in 1984 and three years later transitioned into residential lending with Home Saving of America. He then spent the next 21 years as a senior loan officer with Washington Mutual and was most recently a senior loan officer with Bank of America. Ahmad has been recognized as a top producer nationwide and has consistently been named to the President’s Club and Elite Leaders’ Club. He was the first recipient of the Richard H. Deihl Award of Excellence.

Ahmad migrated to the United States in 1977. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and speaks fluent Farsi.

Ahmad lives with his wife, two children and German Shepherd “Leo” in Saratoga.
