Mr. Andruss has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Early in his career, Austin was an investment banker where he played a crucial role in the financial modeling and disposition of large commercial real estate properties. Since transitioning into mortgage services 10 years ago, he has gained valuable knowledge and experience to help his clients with their various mortgage needs.

Austin’s experience allows him to successfully guide each of his clients through what can be a complicated and stressful process. With his familiarity and understanding of the many loan options available, he helps them integrate the most appropriate mortgage strategy into their overall financial objectives. Whether it's paying a home off as quickly as possible or growing and maximizing net worth, Austin emphasizes a holistic approach to real estate acquisition and financial management.

Austin attended Claremont McKenna College where he earned dual degrees in government and economics. He also studied economics at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland during a semester abroad.
