Prior to joining Opes Advisors, Inc., Mr. Palacios was with First Horizon/Elliot Ames, Inc. where he was appointed as a member of the prestigious Chairman’s Circle. Tim is a graduate of California State University, Fresno. At Opes, he partners with Silicon Valley’s top Realtors® and private banking firms to offer commercial and small business lending to Bay Area entrepreneurial clients.
