Tracy Andreini has been in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years and has consistently been recognized as a top-producing loan agent serving the San Francisco Bay Area community. She has gained a reputation for being an expert in the San Francisco housing market and she has been approved by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing to be an official mortgage lender for the City’s First-Time Home Buyer Program. Tracy also specializes in clients who are moving up, investing in real estate and working with those whose special circumstances are unique to San Francisco and require deep expertise…and patience.

Tracy focuses time with her clients on helping them understand all of the options they have when it comes to choosing a loan program and financing strategies. She works with clients to determine what they can afford based on all of their lifestyle ambitions. She is known as a creative problem solver who is capable of handling even the most complex situations. It has been said by her clients and business partners that if she cannot get the loan done then probably no one else will be able to either. Tracy’s Realtor partners have commented that she has exceptional ability and is responsive and reliable, and very well liked by her clients.

Tracy has a solid track record of securing loans, closing on time and, when needed, getting the loan done quickly. In the competitive SF market, a quick close can make all the difference between getting the home of your dreams or being left empty-handed. Tracy goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients have access to being accepted for homes they make offers on.

Tracy joined Opes Advisors in 2008 as a partner branch owner along with her long-time time business partner, John Ebner. She previously owned other mortgage branch offices in San Francisco with John. In 2008, they joined with George Rosenfield and Ryan Ogata as branch owners of Opes Advisors San Francisco.

Tracy earned a B.A. in fine arts from University of Newcastle, Australia. She moved from her home in Sydney, Australia to California in 1989, and has lived in the SF Bay Area for more than 20 years.
