Mr. Tenenbaum has been in the financial services industry for over five years and joins Opes Advisors from Davies Development and Investments Inc. While at Davies, Jesse held the dual role of project manager and analyst. In this role, he successfully managed the construction and sale of eight residential and commercial development projects over a three year period. He was also responsible for securing 3 Million of investment capital for commercial investment properties. Jesse is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a research and education organization that provides leadership in the responsible use of land. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Minor in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego. At Opes, Jesse works with his clients to review their financial goals and to determine the mortgage solution that best aligns with their objectives.
