Mr. Davies joins us with nearly 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Opes, Malcolm founded Davies Development and was a co-Founder of Sand & Sea Equity Group. With his integral involvement, these companies developed and financed over $240 Million of real estate in the past 10 years. Malcolm utilizes his extensive background in commercial and residential real estate to serve a wide spectrum of client needs. He has a broad knowledge of the Coastal and Ranch areas of San Diego and works with his clients to ensure they receive the loan best suited to meet their immediate and long-term financial goals. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. He is an active member of the La Jolla Rotary Club and is on the board of the San Diego PEERS Network.
