Ms. Southerland has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her dual role as a financial advisor and mortgage advisor, Tracie helps her clients with financial advice when they are mapping out their retirement and investment strategies or determining their financing needs when buying or refinancing a home. She excels in helping her clients look at their entire financial picture so that they can make informed choices about their options. Tracie is a Series 65 licensed Investment Advisor and a Financial Advisor for the firm. Tracie is member of the Silicon Valley Associaion of Realtors®. She is a graduate of Hardin Simmons University, Texas.
