My Story

Whether you’re a first-time home buyer looking for honest guidance on how to choose a mortgage, or a seasoned investor in need of a custom-structured Jumbo Loan, Jeff Holroyd is ready to help you reach your financing goals. For more than 18 years, Jeff has helped clients throughout Southern California realize their dream of homeownership. He is a former financial advisor and perennial top producer, known by his clients and peers for being a great listener. Jeff is well qualified to help you gain a broader perspective on one of the largest financing decisions you’ll make—a home mortgage.

From the moment you meet Jeff, you can count on him to be available and responsive to your questions. First, he’ll learn your family’s unique lending needs. Next, he’ll educate you about Opes Advisors’ wide selection of loan products to help you make an informed and confident choice. Jeff knows from experience that keeping the communication channels open will help ensure a smooth and timely close to your loan. That’s why he and his team will keep you, your real estate agent and all involved parties up to date throughout the entire transaction.

Jeff holds a B.S. in health sciences from Fresno State, and an M.B.A. from Laverne University. Outside the office, he stays busy keeping up with his four children and coaching soccer. Jeff also enjoys volunteering for his church and traveling to tropical islands.
